Arthritis thrives in acidic body's, inflammation and low oxygen body's. Body's need to get to the PH balance state to lower inflammation and increase oxygen. Things to do to lessen arthritis or reverse the affects.

  • Exercise to the point of breathing deeply, getting your heart rate up, which also increases blood flow, blood flow heals the injured or inflamed areas.

  • Drink your water to get your hydration in.

  • Bike , Swimming, rebounding exercises ( jumping type of exercises) , these exercises move the lymphatic systems that aid in healing as well.

  • Hot and Cold compresses , to help move the blood to bring more healing to the areas.

  • Eat foods that are Alkaline - Lemon, dark leafy greens vegetables, fruit, millet, quinoa , , ,buckwheat, kumut , almond's, brazil nuts ,lima beans, lentils, seeds.

  • Foods to avoid -No bell peppers, no white potato, tomato's, no wheat, red meat, aged cheese, caffeine, alcohol , others nuts and other legumes.
