Meet Regina

As far back as I can remember I struggled with digestive issues and I also developed hypoglycemia. With both of these issues, the doctors only attempted to treat the symptoms, not the underlying causes. I took my health into my own hands and started my nutrition journey. By changing my diet and focusing on whole body health, I was able to cure my hypoglycemia. Being more mindful of my diet, I found out that I am allergic to cow dairy, eggs, and brewers yeast. This changed everything for me because I am such an avid gymgoer, and most of my protein and nutrition intake came from these foods. I decided to raise my own chickens and feed them organic food, and by doing this I was able to continue to have eggs with no issues. The dairy allergy was very challenging but over the years, but I have been able to find alternatives.  Finding out that I was able to eat goat and sheep dairy products was a gamechanger. My journey is living proof that taking your health and whole body wellness into your own hands can change your life for the better, and not just a quick fix diet that we are so often bombarded with today. I believe food is your medicine ! I look forward to help you on your healthy lifestyle journey .
